Who can take The Wax Chick's Advanced Certification Courses?
These courses are for licensed beauty professionals and students who are scheduled and waiting to take their licensing exams ONLY.
In order to perform waxing services most states require you to be either a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician. Schooling for each varies by state. To find out what your state requirements are check with your State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
If I take these courses will I become Licensed?
No. These courses are advanced training only for those that already have their professional license as required by their state to perform waxing services.
What if my state or country does not require me to be licensed to perform waxing services?
You may take the advanced certification training after providing official proof that you are not required to be licensed in your state or country.
